We operate in the Amsterdam region, and our office is located in the center of Amsterdam. Since 2005, Amstelland Realtors has been active in the sale, purchase, rental, and management of real estate and everything related to it. From homes to commercial properties, from appraisals to advisory work.

Our focus is on active relationship management and acquisition (new business). The organizational structure is flat, thus making decision-making processes fast. The team (together everyone achieves more) consists of six people, and there is a close collaboration between the inside and outside sales teams.


Location/stand: 
Our office is located in the heart of Amsterdam on Prinsengracht near Amstelveld and Utrechtsestraat. It's ideally accessible by public transport, with both tram and metro (North/South line stops at the door).

Role:
For our fun and professional real estate office, we are looking for an inside sales representative (commercially and administratively strong) with experience in rental, sales, and property management, or an interest in the real estate industry, to start shortly (employment contract start date by February 1, 2024, at the latest).

Given our team's composition, we are looking for a male/female employee in the age range of 30 to 55 years. We offer a challenging position for 32 or 40 hours per week. Note: Salary indication based on 40 hours per week.


Job Description:
The inside sales representative will be involved in rental and sales files and the management of properties (technical and financial), support and administrative tasks such as invoicing and drafting rental agreements, and will frequently contact colleagues, (landlords), managers, contractors, and intermediaries.

He/she will work in a team, carry out appointments on location if desired, accept assignments from the management, and must be empathetic, commercial, friendly, professional, and positively minded.


The tasks include, among others:
· 
Periodically updating rental flows in Excel with associated invoicing and payments
· File management for rental and sales properties (rental, sales, and purchase)
· Independently handling and responding to correspondence with tenants and landlords
· Managing incoming email and phone traffic and scheduling viewings
· Drafting (rental) agreements and annexes and filing documents
· Handling complaints (including faults and leaks) from tenants
· Coordinating maintenance in collaboration with contractors, plumbers, etc.
· Supporting and executing assignments from management


These tasks are mostly to be performed independently, but also in collaboration with colleagues, depending on the nature of the tasks.

Required education and experience:
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
· Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
· Excellent command of the Dutch language in speech and writing (without accent)
· Good command of the English language in speech and writing
· 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, commercial, and preferably real estate-related environment
· At least a Bachelor's degree level of thinking and working
· Available for at least 32 hours per week (four days)

· Salary between €3,000 and €3,500 gross per month based on 40 hours per week, depending on education level and work experience
